Q. How long does it usually take to finish one drawing/painting?
A. Usually 10-30 hours spread out between 3 to 5 days
Q. What Software do you use?
A. 95% of the work is done on Paint Tool Sai or Clip Paint Studio. Some final color adjustments are usually done on Adobe Photoshop at the very end.
Q. What Tablet do you use?
A. Between the years of 2014-2019, we've been using the Wacom Intuos Pro Medium. We recently upgraded to a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 inch
Q. Do you do custom work?
A. Yes, but it depends on our availability. Our custom works start from $150+ Feel free to send us a message for more details.

Q. How long do items take to ship?
A. We carefully pack each order within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. Afterwards they are handed to the post office. To see shipping times to different destinations, please take a look here
Q. Are there customs charges for shipping to this country?
A. We ship from Toronto, Canada. From what we know, orders under $200 do not incur custom charges to the United States. Custom charges are determined by your respective country and we have no control over the charges. By placing an order, you understand that all custom charges are your responsibility.
